Improve your memory through Retrieval-based learning (Part 1)

Retrieval-based learning is a powerful practical approach to improving our memory and learning of information! Part 1 will discuss what retrieval-based learning is and the behavioural evidence for this effect in humans. This is incredibly useful for students who may be studying for an exam or anyone trying to learn something.
