Almost everyone on the team will have special quotes when fighting ZERO, some of which are targeted specifically at Kouji. After ZERO's health is reduced to a certain amount, Tetsuya will self-destruct the Great Mazinger in the hopes of stopping ZERO. Unfortunately, ZERO survives but hope comes in the form of the Mazin Emperor G, a Mazinger capable of rivalling ZERO in power.
