Canyoning Rio Verde is the best way to explore. Our route was about 3 hours longs, quite a few cliff jumping spots, couple of rappelling areas and crystal clear blue(greenish) water. Novice level type of canyoning. You don't always have to jump.
Cost 45€.(Includes snacks, water or beer) at the end.
Recommendation:
Wear hiking/water shoes
Wear swimsuit... as you will put on wetsuit (its easier)
Bring towel
Our guide was knowledgeable, fun and we had a great time.
