It was much easier than I expected.
The only special tools I needed were a spinner and snap ring pliers.
Total cost (replacing one driveshaft boot):
Aftermarket boots: ¥1,300 x 2 (for both BJ and DOJ) Ohno Rubber FB-2072 (check beforehand to be sure)

General-purpose molybdenum grease: Around ¥400

[Reference Price]
Rebuilt driveshaft assembly (around ¥10,000) - hit or miss.
Apparently, the outer and inner boots for the Pajero Mini are the same, so I checked the inner one. If you search, you should find something (I'm not sure, so proceed at your own risk).
Genuine part number boot kit MB526006 for manual transmission (includes snap rings, grease, etc.)
MR331289 for automatic transmission. Each one costs about ¥6,900. A full set would be ¥28,000, lol.
