Fish Pie for Eight!

This video is a day late, it's been so busy here with all four grandchildren. I hope you enjoy my chat along with my cooking!
Fish Pie Recipe, I adapted this one, using frozen fish from Tesco. For eight people I used two bags of Basa Fillets, two bags of Smoked Haddock and one bag of fish pie mix (with a little taken out for the other pie)!
2 leeks or one large onion
150g butter
3 tbsp plain flour
250ml white wine
250ml double cream
1.5 pints of milk
Some grated cheddar for the top of the pie
