WATCH as I sculpt the horrifying Elisasue from The Substance!

In this video, I bring the monstrous beauty of Elisasue to life, capturing all the sagging flesh, bulging vertebrae, and haunting details that made her an instant body horror icon. If you're a fan of horror movies, special effects, monsters, sculpting, or just downright creepy art, this one’s for you!

I used polymer clay (Living Doll), flexible clay, and acrylic paints to recreate Elizasue’s twisted, tragic form—from her melting face to the disturbing textures on her back. Inspired by the incredible work of director Coralie Fargeat and the special effects team at Pop FX, I wanted to push myself further into the world of body horror and practical effects art.
