Taipei Cantonese Restaurant 》到大膽牛腩麵點牛腩雲吞麵來吃!

跟隨吃貨的腳步終於來到大膽牛腩麵, 這裡的麵款有分三種, 香港生麵, 河粉, 陽春麵. 我點了 “牛腩雲吞麵” NTD $180, 選的麵當然是香港生麵, 麵的鹼水味沒有想像中地重, 有些人就愛那鹼水味兒, 我個人愛吃他們家整隻蝦的雲吞多過於牛腩, 下次來應該只點鮮蝦雲吞麵 , NTD $110 不知道幾顆餛飩. 如果你們第一次來, 我個人還是建議你點這道牛腩雲吞麵, 也許你喜歡它們的牛腩.

I followed foodies’ steps to this restaurant - Guts Beef Noodle. They offered three types of noodle - Cantonese yellow-alkaline noodles , Pho-like noodle, plain noodle. I ordered “Noodle with Beef Brisket and Shrimp Wontons” NTD $180. And I of course chose HK yellow noodle. The overall alkaline aroma is not as strong as expected. I prefer their shrimp wontons than their beef brisket. I probably only order shrimp wonton noodles NTD $110 not sure how many wontons at my future visit. However, if it is your first visit, I would suggest you to order the noodle with beef brisket and shrimp wontons. Just for testing if you like the brisket or not.
