London’s most unique tacos? / Zapote

In part 2 of our episode filmed at Zapote in east London, we are treated to succulent beef tongue "Beef Tacos de Lengua", a colourful and zesty prawn ceviche, and wonderfully fluffy, caramelised doughnuts, deep-fried and filled with vanilla and tonka bean. A feast for the eyes as well as the senses!
