As a former RAF Flying Instructor and fighter pilot, I try out X Plane 11 in the Hawk T1 to see how realistic it is.
This is just me trying out X-Plane on VR - if you like this video, leave a comment and I'll make more content and instructional videos in the aircraft.
If you are a foreign student pilot, I apologise for the speech but this is a trial - I will be clearer next time and use a better microphone.
So, come and fly from RAF Valley in North Wales on an early morning flight.
I have flown about 1,000 hours in the Hawk T1 in my RAF career.
