🏥 Who is Park Medi World?

Park Medi World runs a network of 14 NABH-accredited, multi-super-specialty hospitals — with presence across North India (including Haryana, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan). Their services span internal medicine, neurology, urology, gastroenterology, general surgery, orthopaedics, oncology and more.

As of March 31, 2025, the overall bed capacity stood at around 3,000 beds. By September 2025, they had expanded this to ~3,250 beds. The company has aggressive expansion plans, with new hospitals and capacity upgrades in the pipeline.

Proceeds from the fresh issue (₹770 crore) are earmarked for:
Repayment or prepayment of existing borrowings — ₹380 crore
Capital expenditure for building a new hospital and expanding an existing one (via subsidiaries) — ₹60.5 crore
Purchase of medical equipment for existing and new hospitals (and subsidiaries) — ~ ₹27.45 crore
The balance will be used for inorganic acquisitions and general corporate purposes, supporting future growth and expansion
