I don't like to rant very often, but sometimes I feel as if it is necessary. As I look at ingredient labels and understand what is in each product I also know that most people have no idea what each of those words mean. We rely on the company and the FDA to keep us safe. Sometimes those ingredients are chosen more for low cost and high effectiveness than safety or being beneficial. I don't like it when companies make ingredient claims that are misleading!!! It may not be a lie outright, but I wish there was more transparency.
