Seen here on the 14th of July 2023, is Norfolk Fire & Rescue Services first delivered Scania new Gen from Angloco. It passed its PDI Review on that morning and was taken for instructor driver training that afternoon, which is where the responding footage is filmed at.
Massive thank you to the staff at training centre for their hospitality and giving us a demo of the many sirens on this new appliance.
The Pump's main siren is a Whelen Gamma, with an added Rumbler Speaker. Instead of traditional Two Tones as the backup siren, a Whelen Beta is fitted on a separate speaker. Also demonstrated is the "manual" feature on the Whelen Gamma.
