In Part 4 of our Audi S6 4.2 V8 ARS series, we dive deep into the engine bay and timing belt change. This week, we're focused on getting the ARS engine's major service with all belts, timing, water pump and thermostat, a non-trivial task, especially with the limited information available for this specific 1999 V8.
We successfully stripped the car down and also fitted a brand new Alternator. Plus, we take a close look inside the Cam Housing to inspect the condition of the internals.
