Roscón de Reyes, traditionally eaten on 6th January in Spain, is to celebrate Reyes Magos (Three Wise Men) day.
It's my second year making it for my Spanish family members in the UK.
ROSCÓN DE REYES
Ingredients
4 cups of bread flour
2 tsp fast action yeast
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup warm milk (accidental cut this part out of video. Add after the orange juice)
1 1/2 salt
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp diluted fresh 🍊 juice
4 medium eggs
1 tbsp 🍋 zest
1 tbsp 🍊 zest
candied 🍊 slices
double cream
icing sugar
fresh raspberries
(Spelling error in intro - Should be Roscón, not Rozcón)
