In this video I will give an early update to the Kentucky Air Evac Lifeteam Medical Helicopter Crash that took place on October 7, 2024 with tail number N230AE.
Edit and correction - At about 3:04 I mentioned that this crew left Lexington and then were dispatched to Owenton while still in the air. This was incorrect. The ADS-B data combined the last two legs into one making it appear as if it were a single leg. In fact, the crew left Lexington earlier in the day and landed at their base in Williamstown and then were later dispatched to this scene flight in Owenton.
