Mix Well
Rest for 30 minutes
Imli Water
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Green Chilli
Small Onion
2 Tbsp Vinager
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Salt
1/2 Tsp Aamchur Powder
1 Tsp Dry Coriander
1 Tsp Zeera
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Grind Well

2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
3 Big Size Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
2 Tbsp Tikka Masala
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 & 1/2 Tsp Ajwain
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
Pinch Food Colour
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Mix Well
Marinate Fish For Overnight Or 2-3 Hours
Brush with Oil
Cover it
Garnishing with Tomato or Green Chilli

Marinate Fish
Cover & Steam it on Low-Medium Flame for 1 hours to 1:30 hours
