Part 2 of my move-in series and honestly, this is where things got real.
I thought settling in would be calm, cozy, and cinematic… but life had other plans. From landlord surprises to unexpected setbacks, this chapter has been less about décor and more about holding it together.
Still, there’s beauty in the process. I’m learning to find peace in progress, to see each small win as a step toward the home I’m building inside and out.
It’s not the romanticized version I imagined, but it’s mine.
And that’s enough.
