Weight Watchers 2 Ing. Pizza Crust
Preheat oven to 400
Bake for 20-30 min / Till it starts browning around the edges
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
Mix But don't over mix or the dough will get kinda tough and it will be chewy.
*TIP when you add the oil to the skillet, sprinkle in some granulated garlic and then addd your pizza crust.
Add pizza sauce of your choice, all of the toppings you have a taste for and of course, cheese. I used reduced fat mozzarella then sprinkled on some Italian seasoning.
**This dough recipe is excellent for making cinnamon rolls too :)
After it's polled out, sprinkle on a cinnamon brown sugar mixture and roll tightly then cut into 8 equal pieces. Bake at 350 for 25-35 min.
