Discover the perfect balance of taste and health with these yogurt, chia seed, and fruit parfaits! Creamy yogurt, nutrient-rich chia seeds, and layers of fresh fruits come together for a refreshing treat that’s perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a light dessert.
Ingredients
• 400 g Greek yogurt
• 200 g raspberries
• 100 g blueberries
• 100 g blackberries
• 100 g oats
• 50 g pumpkin seeds
• 50 g walnuts
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Blend the raspberries into a smooth liquid.
2. Add chia seeds to the raspberry mixture and stir well.
3. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes until the chia seeds expand and the mixture thickens.
4. Mix Greek yogurt with honey and cinnamon.
5. Lightly toast the oats, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts.
6. In glasses, layer yogurt, berry–chia mixture, fresh fruits, and oat–nut mix.
7. Repeat the layers and finish with fruits on top.
