Here is me firing up my modified solo stove bonfire that is able to burn wood pellets very efficiently.
I fabricated the burn plate from perforated stainless steel which sits on top of an extra stand.
This is about 10lbs of wood pellets which go for $3-$5 per 40lb bag. 10lbs will burn for about 45-60 minutes.
Nothing beats a traditional wood fire but the simplicity of pellets is a nice option to have, if needed 🔥
