As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 every organisation that employs 10 or more employees has to comply with the following:
1. Formulation of an Internal Committee
2. Formation of an Anti- Sexual Harassment Policy
3. Conducting Sensitisation programmes for Employees and training sessions for IC members
4. Displaying at conspicuous places at the workplace, the penal consequences of Sexual Harassment
5. Submitting Annual Report to the District officer
Non compliance can lead to a penalty of up to ₹50,000/- or cancellation of license.
