I've always been afraid to even attempt to cover any of Prince's songs. He was a beast in every way, the arrangements are gorgeous, intricate, dynamic and sexy, the lyrics are on point and adult, the production is immaculate, and above it all it was HIS. He owned it in every sense possible and NO ONE will ever change that.
