In this video, i'm going to show you how to steam fish in an electric steamer. Steamed fish is a great way to prepare fish, and this recipe is simple and easy to follow.
Ingredients:
a whole fish 650grams. i use red talapia
35 grams ginger
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
20 grams garlic
60ml water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon chili sauce
50 grams green onion
3-5 grams dill
5 grams fresh cilantro/ coriander
