If you are living in an apartment, you can carry a bucket and immerse the intake pipe in the bucket and get water out of this. The output pressure is 30bars which is more than enough for domestic applications and this also means that it won't finish off the carried water very soon.
I have been able to clean my car, my bike, bicycle and my parking floor with ease with this product. The bonus part of this car washer is it's foam dispenser. You can get foam sprayed like they do at professional car washing centers.

The model that I have purchased comes with 2 lithium ion batteries and per battery lasts for around 30 mins. Additionally, you get 2 different nozzles for different needs. The 0 degree nozzle sprays water with pinpoint force which is good for cleaning tough stains. The 40 degree nozzle is great for covering wide areas as it sprays in a wide pattern.
