The M80 Ring Road consists of the Metropolitan (Northern) Ring Road and Western Ring Road spanning 38 km from Greensborough in Melbourne's north-east to Laverton North in Melbourne's West.
The Western Ring Road is the busier of the two, reaching AADT volumes up to 140,000 vehicles.
The roadway was complete in 1999 and provides a major freight connection between Melbourne's urban and rural freeways;

Tullamarine Freeway
Calder Freeway
Western Freeway
Princes Freeway
West Gate Freeway
