客家酸辣芥菜,🌶️酸酸辣辣的汤头,超级开胃,百吃不腻,做法非常容易😋👍🏻
食材:700克芥菜,2个番茄、2颗蒜、10条干辣椒、10片啊叁片、300克烧肉、1500毫升清水、1勺冰糖、1勺蚝油、1勺番茄酱、半勺盐
1)把芥菜清洗干净,把菜根&菜叶剥成小段分开放,2颗番茄切小块,准备好其他材料
2)锅里倒入1500毫升清水,加入啊叁片、蒜、辣椒干、番茄块煮至沸腾,再加入烧肉&菜根,盖上锅盖煮30分钟
3)开盖搅拌,加入菜叶,再煮30分钟
4)加入1勺冰糖、1勺蚝油、1勺番茄酱、半勺盐搅拌均匀,再煮一小时即可
5)香喷喷的客家酸辣芥菜就做好了❤️💯

Ingredients: 700g mustard greens, 2 tomatoes, 2 garlics, 10 dried chilies, 10 tamarind slices, 300g roasted pork, 1500ml water, 1 tablespoon of rock sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of salt
1) Wash the mustard greens, peel the roots and leaves into small pieces, cut 2 tomatoes into small pieces, and prepare other ingredients
2) Pour 1500 ml of water into the pot, add tamarind slices, garlic, dried chili, and tomato and boil it, then add roasted meat and vegetable roots, cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes
3) Open the lid and stir, add the vegetable leaves, and cook for another 30 minutes
4) Add 1 tablespoon of lump sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, and half a tablespoon of salt, stir well, and cook for another hour.
