Not such a great race from my point of view (Race 1 was better!) - good start and l led for the 1st couple of laps, then I had a fairly innocuous looking tap on my right rear wing at Island whilst regaining the lead (4 mins 44 sec probably just a racing incident)- unfortunately this pushed the rear wing onto my rear tyre, hence all the smoke and I lost speed and handling balance. Perhaps I should have stayed out (and hoped the tyre would wear away the contacting wing) rather than pitting but I was well down the field by the point I decided to come in. Another highlight was grabbing 2nd gear rather than 4th whilst giving Rob OIdland the thumbs up at Hilltop late in the race! ;)
