Forum on Contemporary Photography: Stephen Shore

Stephen Shore is known for his restless interrogation of image making, from the gelatin silver prints he made as a teenager, to his pioneering use of color, to his current engagement with digital platforms. Considered one of the most significant photographers of our time, Shore is also a longstanding teacher and mentor. This forum examines the role of pedagogy in the context of Stephen Shore’s work.

Guest speakers include Lucas Blalock, Tim Davis, Shannon Ebner, Stephen Shore, Xaviera Simmons and Quentin Bajac, The Joel and Anne Ehrenkranz Chief Curator of Photography and curator of the exhibition.
