"The reality is, like every new technology, there's a hype curve, and we're at the top of the hype curve ... the reality is, even if there might be some cooling down like the DeepSeek moment, we need to stay on it, because it's going to change everything ...

And only the people which know on how to take it through, and make it successful by leading will make the difference.

𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱...
✔️ The first one, which is super, is 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 ... You need curiosity... You need to want to learn what are the different models? ... what do they do? ... what does Agentic AI mean? ... how can we use it?
✔️ The second one is 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. If you think you have it right, you're probably wrong ! That's the reality of things. You need to always doubt yourself, and see still how do you go forward?
✔️ Because that takes me to the third one. You need the 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 ... you need the courage to invest your time, to invest your money, to invest your capabilities, to go forward, because only the people which have actually the courage, will change and use this in the right direction.

I talked about courage ... about our investment we've done in Dotmatics, on the investments we have also done in Altair, which really are changing ourselves, $15Bn, and the impact it will have for us, but also 'share unless' ...

We're going to share internally our data with everybody, unless of course, it's confidential, and we will share all of the code we have ... these are things which take courage.

𝗢𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 ... "If you're half French / half German, you love croissants. And what I was saying is, if you basically have a croissant and the yeast is actually #AI, you need the right people to put the environment in place, so that the croissant can actually come to what it needs to be, to be as tasty as possible.

My key thing is, AI is the ingredient ... you are the ones which are going to put the right environment. The two together will change the world ... And thank you for doing that.
