The BEST Granola Recipe Without ADDED SUGAR
Yields: ~750 g granola

🥣 Ingredients
320 g rolled oats (old-fashioned, not instant)
1 cup mixed nuts of choice (almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts — roughly chopped)
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
35 g hemp hearts (you may substitute with any seeds of choice - sunflower, flax)
¼ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon olive oil or coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon fine salt
¼ cup sliced cranberries (unsweetened preferred)
¼ cup chopped raisins (or dates if you prefer)
🔥 Method
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a big mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt.
Add the honey, maple syrup, and oil over the dry ingredients. Toss until everything is evenly coated and glossy.
Spread the mixture evenly on the tray. For chunkier clusters, press it down gently with the back of a spatula.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring at the 10 minute mark. Watch the edges—they brown faster. Keep a close eye after 20 minutes.
Cool completely (it crisps up as it cools).
Once cool, mix in cranberries and raisins.
Store in an airtight jar at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
