Here it is. My Inkbird ISC 007bw paired with the weber smokey mountain 18° smoker. There are a ton of reviews and unboxing videos out there for all the ceramic grills but no one for the WSM ans so I thought I might give it a try and solve the question if it can make the overall great WSM a set it and forget it device?

I was in the market for a pellet smoker or some device that I could hold and set the temp but I came across this nice little device and thought I better buy one of these you can use with almost any smoker and do not go for a high price pelletgrill or smoker because I’m acutally quite happy with my WSM!
