Can You BLUFF Your Way to Settling Your Medical Malpractice Case in New York?

You had a medical expert at the start of your case who supported your case.
He had reviewed all the records your attorney provided to him and agreed that your doctor was careless and violated the basic standards of good medical care.

That allowed your lawyer to start a lawsuit in New York on your behalf.
However, during the lawsuit, your attorney obtained additional records that he didn't have at the outset and sent them to your medical expert to review and comment on.
