WATCH: A driver went viral for assaulting a cyclist and threatening him by pulling out his gun following an altercation in Quezon City this weekend.

In a press conference, Quezon City Police District director Brigadier General Nicolas Torre III presented Wilfredo Gonzales, the driver of the red sedan car who was seen in a viral video.

Gonzales, who surrendered to authorities, said he and the biker have already settled things out.
