koroner bifürkasyon darlıklarının stentlenmesi sırasında önemli nokta yad dal açıklığının korunmasıdır. bu amaçla en sık kullanılan "jailed wire" tekniğidir. buna karşın yan dal oklüzyon riski tüksek ise bu durumda daha etkili olan "jailed balloon" tekniği kullanılabilir. her ne kadar ana dal stenti altında hapsedilmiş bir balon bırakmak operatörü endişe ettirse de bu teknik oldukça güvenlidir.
The important point during stenting of coronary bifurcation stenoses is to preserve the side branch patency. The most commonly used technique for this purpose is the "jailed wire" technique. On the other hand, if the risk of side branch occlusion is high, the more effective "jailed balloon" technique can be used. Although leaving a balloon trapped under the main branch stent is worrisome for the operator, this technique is quite safe.
