Welcome to Marlbank, one of my personal favorite neighborhoods in all of York County! Marlbank is actually made of up two separate neighborhoods, the original section, Marlbank Farms, and the subsequent Marlbank Cove. This beautiful neighborhood is wedged between the two branches of Wormley Creek, a branch off the York River. Between the two areas, you're going to find homes that range from 1200 square feet all the way up to 8500 and prices ranging from about $400,000 up to nearly $2,000,000 for waterfront luxury, and just about everything in between, including brand new builds or homes built in the 1940s!
This is very much a community oriented neighborhood. Swim club is extremely popular - Go Marlbank Mudtoads! And even the kids that don't race still spend their whole summers at one of the two neighborhood pools.
Marlbank is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the region, and it only takes a minute of time spent there to understand why.
