At KWE, you’ll lead the front line of air cargo security — ensuring compliance, protecting national logistics, and influencing teams with purpose and precision.

In this role, you’ll:

Serve as the TSA liaison for the Boston facility

Conduct audits, log reviews, and CCTV oversight

Train and monitor screening teams — including third-party personnel

Maintain the operational rhythm of cargo screening and compliance

Lead with influence — even when the team doesn’t report directly to you
