How Cold Hardy Are Container Figs?

Hi all! This is my first experience overwintering container figs here in Central Arkansas, zone 8a. It was a learning experience for sure and kind of a costly one at that. There's lots of "experts" out there who say things, but my recommendation is not to follow the hype of an individual, but to look at actual evidence of many folks especially those in your growing zone. I share my experience and thoughts in this video after growing lsu purple, chicago hardy, black madeira, I258, kadota, violet de bordeaux, black mission, and adriatic jh fig varieties.
