This video follows Scott’s remarkable path from his upbringing in central Illinois to his military service in Texas, Germany, and Poland. After firefighting duty in the Air Force, Scott earned his law degree at Texas Wesleyan University and served the U.S. Army for 23 years in multiple liaison roles. He worked extensively with German and Polish governments under the Status of Forces Agreement, helping establish liaison offices and improve conditions for soldiers across Europe.
