A Tesla Problem: no take the wheel requests

Here's a short recap of a severe bug I reported to Tesla some time ago. According to Tesla it's not a vehicle issue, but the result of a modification. Case closed.

What did I do to the car ?
I added an aftermarket wireless phone charger.
Like (probably) many others.
After that upgrade the autopilot would not require hands on the wheel, or it would cancel the request for that by itself.

The car was at a Tesla checkup after that. It's reported to be 'totally fine'
