Recent heavy rains have turned my local, scenic river into an unfishable torrent, making my planned winter chub fishing session impossible. The water is high and heavily coloured, so I'll have to wait until probably after Christmas for fishable conditions.
It's a frustrating end to the angling year, but it's a good time to reflect on 2025 and thank all of you amazing subscribers for your support!
