Young women are being lured, drugged, photographed in compromising situations, and used as leverage to blackmail their fathers into supporting American political interests. When evidence points to a State Department intelligence operative named Edmund Thayer, the case explodes into an international incident that threatens diplomatic relations and exposes the dark underbelly of Cold War espionage.
