In this video I rebuild the scooter kickstart on my Piaggio Typhoon using brand new parts – including the kicker gear sleeve (bush) inside the CVT case – to repair a seized Kickstarter mechanism.
It doesn’t all go to plan at first, but we figure it out in the end, discovering that adding more washers and an extra circlip helps take up the play between the CVT case and the Stage6 kickstart lever.
