What is the slot? The slot is a plane between the vertical and the parallel that best allows the golfer to deliver efficiently into impact. Allowing great control of club path and clubface through impact.

Remember the drill initially is hard work but stick with it and you will truly feel the slot even without a golf club. That's the beauty of this drill, no club required initially then develop the move to the range with a club and finally hit the golf course.
