Golden crust, creamy eggs, melty cheese, and savory bacon—all made right in the air fryer. These mini quiches are easy, cozy, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a quick comfort-food fix. Featuring the Cosori 9 in 1 Turbo Blaze Air Fryer!
MINI QUICHE RECIPE CARD
Makes 4 cupcake-sized quiches
Crust
¾ cup cake flour (85 g) (or 130 grams of all purpose flour instead of cake and bread flour)
⅓ cup bread flour (45 g)
5 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed (75 g)
¼ tsp salt (1.5 g)
2 tbsp ice water (15–30 ml)
Filling
1 small potato, diced (80 g)
¼ small onion, thinly sliced
2 strips bacon (40–50 g) cooked and chopped
½ cup shredded cheese total (50 g), divided
Egg Mixture
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk (80 ml)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional (for color)
A little extra cheese — added only in the last 2–3 minutes
👨🍳 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make the crust
1. Mix cake flour, bread flour, and salt.
2. Add cold butter; rub into flour until sandy.
3. Add a little at a time, 2 tbsp ice water until the dough comes together.
4. Chill for 30 minutes.
2. Prep the filling
1. Boil diced potatoes 5–6 minutes until just tender.
2. Slice onions thin.
3. Cook bacon over medium heat until starting to release fat, then add onions and sauté until soft and golden.
4. Remove bacon from heat and break into small pieces.
5. Divide potatoes, bacon/onions, and cheese into 4 equal portions in 4 separate bowls.
3. Make the egg mixture
1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
2. Set aside.
4. Shape the crust
1. Divide dough into 4 balls.
2. Press each into a cupcake mold.
3. Freeze the molds for 10 minutes.
5. Assemble the mini quiches
Each mold:
1. Potatoes
2. Cheese
3. Bacon
4. Onions
5. Pour egg mixture to just below the top of the crust
6. Optional: save remaining cheese for the final 2–3 minutes
6. Baking options
✔ AIR FRYER — BAKE Mode (Cosori Turbo Blaze)
320°F (160°C) → 25 minutes take out add cheese on top then bake 2 more minutes
✔ AIR FRYER — REGULAR Mode
320°F (160°C) → 20–23 minutesCheck at 18 minutes.
✔ CONVENTIONAL OVEN
350°F (175°C) → 25–30 minutes
👉 For golden tops:
Add a light sprinkle of cheese and bake for 2–3 minutes more.
