Hello everyone! Today we take a look at Eagle Ridge Mall in Lake Wales Florida. This is the other mall in Polk County, located right off of US 27 not too far away from Legoland. Opening up in 1996, Eagle Ridge Mall with sea success with three anchor stores however structural issues with hit right off the start. Things would start improving again in the 2000s however, the 2010s would start being unfair. Ownership changes would keep happening, and as soon as anchors like Sears in JCPenney started pulling out, Eagle Ridge Mall needed to start reinventing itself, With more focus on entertainment.
