Grab a tennis ball or other similar sized ball that will bounce (I love a racquetball for this!) and let's do some BEATBALL! In this tutorial video you'll learn all the beatball techniques needed for the In the Hall of the Mountain King routine - double hold, eye on the ball, maraca, hand to hand, rolling 8s, behind and back, drop and catch, drop and loop, and hot potato. You can take these same techniques and add them to any song you like!!
