At the time of this recording the entire apartment complex, itself, was less than two years old. However, as you can see in this video, new building were still being constructed with the one featured in the video probably just a year old itself...
Elkhorn is located on the western edge of the city of Omaha, Nebraska and is in Douglas County. The town (now a neighborhodd since being annexed by Omaha) was named after the Elkhorn River.
The Census Bureau pegged the population at over 8,000, in 2005, so my guess is is that the population was probably double that when this recording was made in 2017 2005. It was named after the Elkhorn River.
