Welcome to my channel — this is my very first video and I’m sharing a delicious, soft, and rich homemade chocolate cake recipe! 🍫🎂

📌 Ingredients:
(All purpose flour = 1 cup
Sugar = 1/2 cup
Milk = 1/2 cup + 2tbsp
Cocoa powder = 3 tbsp
Curd = 1/2 cup
Baking powder = 1 tsp
Baking soda = 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence = 1 tbsp
Oil = 1/4 cup
Choco chips (optional )

For chocolate ganache:
Dark chocolate = 1/2 cup
Fresh cream = 3tbsp

📌 Method:
(In a bowl mix all purpose flour , cocoa powder ,Baking powder and baking soda ...., in another bowl mix all the remaining ingredients except choco chips. ..., then mix them all together then bake the cake in a pre-heated oven at 220c for 35 minutes.

For ganache simply melt the dark chocolate then add cream the ganache is ready ... let it cool and so the cake , then just de mould the cake and pour over the ganache ans serve)
