Hello and welcome to my new series where I use a family farm funds gathered over the last season to build up a small construction company. It is a timelapse series - episode #39 - of Farming Simulator 25.

The day started with collecting four one-ton bulk building bags full of sand from the local port. Once loaded up, I transported them to the construction site, where the next challenge was getting everything to fit into a narrow street. There wasn’t much space to work with, but after adjusting the setup, I managed to make it work.

With things ready, I used the Man TGS crane to lift the heavy sandbags over the fence and pour their contents onto a designated pile. Once the sand was in place, I jumped into a small ride-on skid steer to begin distributing it, working carefully to spread it evenly across the ground. After that, I brought out the vibrating leveller to smooth everything out, ensuring the surface was properly prepared for the next stage.

With the groundwork finished, I headed back to the shop to collect the materials needed for the next step—six pallets full of cobblestone. Once loaded up, I returned to the site and began the unloading process. Using the small JCB ride-on skid steer, I carefully laid down the cobblestones, methodically positioning them to form the path that would be used in the project.

Every step required precision, from handling the heavy sandbags to levelling the ground and placing the cobblestones. The limited space added an extra challenge, but with careful maneuvering, everything came together. The site was now ready for the next phase, with the groundwork set and the path taking shape.
