In this video, I'm documenting my Push Workout session from my home gym. As a working dad who lost 60+ pounds, I train early mornings (5 AM) or late nights to stay consistent while balancing work and family life.
🎯 WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
• Barbell Bench: 2x6-10
• Dumbbell Seated Y-Raise: 2x8-15
• Cable Chest Raise: 2x8-15
• Dumbbell Seated Shoulder Press: 2x8-12
• EZ Bar Incline Tricep Extension: 2x6-12
• Cable Tricep Pushdown: 2x8-15
💪 MY STORY:
Two years ago, I was 60 pounds heavier and struggling to find time for fitness. Today, I work out multiple times a week from my home gym and document every single session for accountability.
⏰ TRAINING SCHEDULE:
I train either early morning (5 AM before kids wake up) or late night (after kids are asleep) to protect my workout time while being present for my family.
